Welcome to I’NA by Saakshi. We are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy below.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festive seasons, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.


Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Any additional shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via Email and/or WhatsApp containing your tracking details.

You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or any other customer-related reason, the shipment may be returned to us.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing your order.


Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:

  • Do not accept the package if it is visibly damaged.

  • Take clear photos of the package.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and supporting images.

Our team will investigate the issue and assist you according to our Refund & Return Policy.
